PM Computer & Software Support

At the start of our trip to Alaska, I loaded a software add-on for reducing the file sizes of a batch of photos, which knocked my computer out of commission. On our way to Anchorage on the Thursday before 4th of July weekend, I called a couple of computer stores to see it they could work on my computer the next day. They all said they'd be closed for the holiday weekend. Then I tried PM and got Pete on the line. He listened to what had happened to me, and immediately explained what had likely occurred, based on his previous experience. He told me to come in at 10 on Friday. The fix involved a new hard drive and a transfer of information from the old to the new one. He said he could get it done that day, and he gave me options for the replacement hard drive. The final cost was very reasonable, and Pete's experience and understanding of computers was clear. I stopped in on Saturday, and was on the fence about what I needed and truly looking for. The gentleman patiently heard me out, then made his suggestions while not pushing. He really looked out for my needs and gave me a great deal. I am failing to remember his name, but very happy I stopped.

Thanks to Pyramid Computer Services, my recording equipment and my computer are finally properly connected. They had it finished within a mere few hours of my bringing it into the store, and spoke clearly and honestly about what they had done to make it work. I will be definitely returning to Pyramid Computer Services with any future technical issues I may encounter.
